Do you have a skill you’d like to share? Our volunteers provide demonstrations in a wide range of arts common in the Renaissance through Frontier time periods.
Current demonstrations – we welcome new demonstrators:
- Armor Making
- Chain Mail
- Flint Napping
- Wood Carving
- Blacksmithing
- Cooking
- Leather Tooling
- Woodworking
- Bow Making
- Fiber Arts
- Pottery
In addition to the current demonstrations, we have previously had demonstrations in the following areas:
- Bobbin Lace
- Stone Carving
- Leather Tanning
- Natural fiber dying techniques
Interested in volunteering as a demonstrator?
Contact us with information about what you would like to demonstrate, your skill level in that area, if you have taken classes with us previously and your general availability during weekends September through October. Photos of your work are encouraged. We will review your submission and if accepted, we will schedule an interview.
